You Are Never Truly Alone

"There is growth and beauty on the other side, I can promise you that".
Life can throw us challenges, some more difficult than others. There is no arguing that.
Something that I have learned on my healing journey is that sometimes you have to enter the challenging times on your own. All of our supports are around us, but sometimes we need to walk through the forest on our own. To hear the silence. To be with that silence. To feel the feelings we have long avoided. When we rely on others too deeply, we miss the opportunity to truly feel, and that is where we heal.
We don’t heal in chaos, or distraction. But we often look for that, as we would rather be distracted than face being uncomfortable.
We heal when we take the time to slow down. To notice. To engage in the process. It’s reciprocal. The universe will always give you what you need, you have to be willing to engage, and open to the experience.
To heal doesn’t mean to isolate. It means being with the thoughts and feelings we have suppressed and avoided. It’s facing the fears, uncomfortableness, and harnessing all that it has to offer. Even in the pain, we can find peace.

There is growth and beauty on the other side. I can promise you that.
You are never truly alone.
